In all fairness, no actually he never got me at all. By the looks, the other thread got removed so I will censor myself carefully here.

I have a background in social science to a reasonable standard, I understand the basics. When someone is boasting online that they are educated to master's level in a particular subject, in this instance social science, but can't get even the basics right then it immediately raises red flags to me.

No doubt some online chump who thought "social science" is a 'walk in the park' because that is how the MSM like to constantly portray it, a totally useless subject in the 'real' world.

As Covid-19 has subsequently demonstrated social science is in fact an extremely useful tool to explain what is happening in the world around us but unfortunately, that particular chump has absolutely no idea whatsoever how to utilize it in that context.

When they also claim to be a "psychologist", a professional occupation, but keep pestering individuals after repeated warnings to desist. Automatically "wrong un" immediately springs to mind.

I like you. Enough said. ! You Censor yourself as much as you want to. You don't really have to be careful though... around the folks here that are actually brain dead?

The self-appointed spokesman for the downtrodden and repressed 'I am one of you Laurence Fox' has grandly declared he is taking Ivermectin, saline nasal rinse, quercetin, paracetamol, and ibuprofen for an "Omicold".

Yes of course Laurence, you silly twat, albeit a wealthy twat who has the financial resources, most people tend to take all those medicines combined merely for what you describe as a "common cold".

No doubt he will also be loudly telling us next week how Ivermectin rid his body of the Covid-19 virus (the strain that is now relatively harmless in direct comparison to the first).

European countries suspend Oxford jab over fears it turns you gammon

gammon4.jpg

France, Germany and Italy have suspended use of the UK-developed AstraZeneca vaccine following reports that it turns you into a raging gammon.

European leaders leaders came to the difficult decision after a number of the 11 million vaccinated became paranoid, red-faced, belligerent, racist and obsessed with conspiracy theories.

A shaken Emmanuel Macron told his country he had to balance the risk of coronavirus with the risk of France being overrun by Wetherspoons full of blokes in their 50s drinking lager and talking common bloody sense.

He said: “This vaccine being from the UK was obviously a concern from the beginning. It’s like a paranoid xenophobic 28 Days Later.

“We feared that we might find microscopic particles of anti-EU sentiment in bloodstreams, but never imagined it would produce such a strong tendency to admire Jeremy Clarkson and complain that we were never grateful enough for World War Two.”

Parisian boulangerie worker Guillaume Dubois said: “I got the vaccine last week. Croissants? F.uck off. I’m serving bacon baps and the Frogs can like it or kiss my arse.

“Love the Queen, hate Corbyn and BLM – simple as. As soon as I can I’m getting out of this cosmopolitan sh**-hole and moving to Basildon.”

I hope the end is nigh.

Seeing as I want a new graphics card for my PC.

My mate has to wait until June for his new car .

Such a shame we have to have chips in all these things, computers, cars etc etc etc.

What have chips got to do with Covid.

Silicon Chips, it's in the name.

You know what else uses silicon, syringes ;)

After a sh*t two years finally there is some light at the end of the tunnel, after the fantastic vaccine outcome. Whatever your views are on this topic enjoy the rest of the year and your summer in particular and try and make up for the time Covid-19 stole from us all.

It's January already... time waits for no man (or woman).
Thank You! :)

Had my 1st real taste of a Covid test today ,ready for a hospital Scan on Monday. The nurse who tested me gave me a croaky vice now and i was sneezing after the Nasal pokes for about five minutes :(. Another few weeks and i might have escaped that eh ?

My OH had to go to hospital for a covid test too, he is having a procedure done tomorrow.
Obviously he has been isolating for the last 3 days.
The test came back negative yesterday. Today he has had a Covid alert text, he was in contact with someone who has tested positive 3 days ago.
The only place he went that day is to the hospital, the only person he was in contact with was a nurse.

They've moved on to the Russian "invasion" non-story now. I think I've seen this one before, where America overreacts and calls for troops to be deployed, based on a lie. Suddenly the life threatening and dangerous pandemic is seemingly no more.

From my own experiences now ...i`m not at all surprised at Hubbies experience.
Other strange thing is that the test building is like a huge hangar ,posssibly a disused Bus Depot.Three girls were manning the station ,not a car or vehicle in sight ! They had 3 huge electric heaters on to keep warm but no customers .Such a waste . I had problems getting an appointment too ffs ! The taxi driver ,who was brilliant ,said i`d probably have another Covid test on Monday before they started to work on me . Not looking forward to that if they make me sneeze and cough, as the scan is the camera down throat .

I hope everything goes well for you forum regs at the hospital. Take extra precautions whilst you're there because hospitals are the most likeliest places to catch Covid.
I`m more concerned about that than the Camera down Throat !.
