After a sh*t two years finally there is some light at the end of the tunnel, after the fantastic vaccine outcome. Whatever your views are on this topic enjoy the rest of the year and your summer in particular and try and make up for the time Covid-19 stole from us all.

It's January already... time waits for no man (or woman).

For everyone who wears a mask, got vaccinated and protected others.

And will continue to do so.

Thank you.

Anti-vaxxer showing photos of dead bodies to children at school gates still confident he’s ‘the good guy’

dunning.jpg

An anti-vaxxer who spent this morning shouting at children and showing them photos of dead people has today insisted he is definitely one of the good guys.

Simon Williams, a self-taught epidemiologist and YouTube account holder, has been visiting schools in his local area to ensure children are ‘made aware of the risks’ that the Internet has tricked him into thinking are real.

He told us, “The vaccine is dangerous, everyone knows that. There is loads of evidence. I just don’t have it to hand.

“And yes, I know I’ve been saying for a year that people will drop dead from this vaccine – but I am very sure it will happen very soon. Probably as soon as all these thousands of people stop dying from Covid – which doesn’t exist by the way.

“Anyway, the best way to protect these children is to scream at them in the morning and show them pictures of dead people before accosting the headteacher and giving him an envelope with a load of legal nonsense I got from the Magna Carta website.”

Headteacher Derek Matthews told us, “Simon used to come here, did you know that? I wouldn’t trust him to boil a kettle, never mind critically assess the efficacy of a vaccine. So no, it’s absolutely no surprise that the quality of his submission to me was so poor. It was riddled with spelling errors and factual inaccuracies. It’s a definite fail.

“But when I wrote the big red ‘F’ on it and handed it back to him he screamed into his phone that he was being cancelled by the establishment and that I was in the pocket of Bill Gates.

“He’s not being cancelled, he’s just a thick twat who has been tricked by misinformation into thinking he’s the clever one for the first time in his life. It’s no surprise that the people sharing this stuff across social media are always the ones who were – well – ‘less academic’, shall we say.

“It’s never the kid from your class at school who got accepted at Oxford who shares this crap. It’s always the kid that used to scratch his name in the desk and set fire people’s pencil cases.

“I don’t think he read a single book in the five years he was with us, but of course now he’s insisting he has ‘done all the research’. Bloody moron.”

Children wore masks in 1918/19.

Everyone remembers how that generation was traumatised and were never ok again after the masks.

Oh wait, no. That didn't happen.

In October 1918, public service announcements telling the public that “The man or woman or child who will not wear a mask now is a dangerous slacker”—a reference to the type of World War I “slacker” who didn’t help the war effort.

Signs threatened, 'Wear a Mask or Go to Jail'

Many of the methods used in 1918 to try to prevent the spread of the flu are similar to what people began doing during the COVID-19 pandemic: Wear masks. Close schools. Wash hands. Don’t cough or sneeze in someone’s face. Avoid large events and hold them outside when possible. And no spitting.

Next problem is the energy hikes ! plus the cold war with Russia ,plus all the food price increases mostly due to Brexit ( not Covid).

Most of these aids were used during the Black Death too ! that was hundreds of years ago. Simple ,logical lesson not easiiy learned by our current anti- Virus preachers !.

Yeah and the author of that peice, Becky Little, also wrote about how the war "Spurred a decade of women's baseball" and other such trivia in 2020.

Bear in mind that was 1918, when the Spanish flu was an actual pandemic which killed about a third of all people on the planet.

So silly.

The Spanish Flu didn't kill one-third of the planet's population in 1918, it infected one-third. It's a glaring open goal and a simple schoolboy error these anti-vaxx mouthpieces repeat on a frequent basis.

Btw, how did that herd immunity work out in regards to the Spanish Flu?

I mean it only killed an estimated 50 + million from a population of 1.5 billion.

In all fairness, no actually he never got me at all. By the looks, the other thread got removed so I will censor myself carefully here.

I have a background in social science to a reasonable standard, I understand the basics. When someone is boasting online that they are educated to master's level in a particular subject, in this instance social science, but can't get even the basics right then it immediately raises red flags to me.

No doubt some online chump who thought "social science" is a 'walk in the park' because that is how the MSM like to constantly portray it, a totally useless subject in the 'real' world.

As Covid-19 has subsequently demonstrated social science is in fact an extremely useful tool to explain what is happening in the world around us but unfortunately, that particular chump has absolutely no idea whatsoever how to utilize it in that context.

When they also claim to be a "psychologist", a professional occupation, but keep pestering individuals after repeated warnings to desist. Automatically "wrong un" immediately springs to mind.
