Their funding has led to medical breakthroughs like pacemaker technology and proving the benefits of statins. They run CPR training camps. Fund important medical research. The BHF is also the UK’s largest independent funder of cardiovascular research, investing over £100 million annually into diagnosing, treating, and preventing heart and circulatory diseases. The only thing I will agree with about the BGF charity shops is the stuff they sell is way overpriced.Their funding has led to medical breakthroughs like pacemaker technology and proving the benefits of statins. They run CPR training camps. Fund important medical research. The BHF is also the UK’s largest independent funder of cardiovascular research, investing over £100 million annually into diagnosing, treating, and preventing heart and circulatory diseases. The only thing I will agree with about the BGF charity shops is the stuff they sell is way overpriced.

I know the BRH foundation and the RSPCA breached data protection act. Both charities secretly screened millions of its donors so it could target them for more money they both received large fines. These big charities also train youngsters to torment people either in the street or door to door. They are quite aggressive with only 6 hour's of training. I believe the BHF are closing down 150 of their charity shops.At the end of the day it's up to you if you want to donate. Personally I will only donate to small local charities and that's normally blankets, straw, and whatever I don't use from my garden to my local animal rescue centre . These big charities get too big for their boots . Get rid of the big wigs in suits who are paid massive wages.

The Boss of BHF is on £250K a year. These charity's are actually Businesses. Businesses that don't pay TAX and they Rip the Consumer off.

BHF Profits last year were over £500 MILLION.

It's time folk woke up to this scam.

I give money to my local Animal shelter who make nothing but they look after sick animals.

I agree things like facebook and Mobile phones make no improvement to your life if anything they dumb you down and make your critical thinking skills worse. I have seen forums that are a total waste of time but believe a forum can be good for debate though. What is happening is they are trying to distract us with trivial things that make them fortunes but make no actual improvement to our lives, It's ok Southern Guy going yawn , yawn , Yawn but I don't think it's funny spending thousands thinking I am helping people especially on water projects. Campaigning for eight months for Wateraid and Unicef gaza to realise I and other people are getting totally scammed or calling it a trivial matter. It's not trivial because if they are a scam then what else ? if they are a scam then what else ? Makes you think. Is life a giant scam ?

I would like to add to this. It's the governments Job to cure cancer to fund scientists to research etc not a charity. They provide no clue of what they get and what they are actually doing in return. Why isn't there a budget ? How much it costs ? They just say donate and bloody advertise everywhere. Like say the get a billion one year if they get 1.5 billion the next they don't declare what they have done with it ? all these charities just say give us as much as possible. There is no budget. Do you think I like having given thousands finding out I have helped probably nobody. This is not trivial. Tv is trivial, music is trivial. This sort of thought certainly is not trvial.

Like I say the actual amounts given to Unicef worldwide must be vast and in their advert all they can show is a large tent and some tables. C'mon who you kidding ? Well the public actually. It's not our fault we are fooled. People who give to charity are kind and like to believe the best in people. We block are doubts because we want to help and trust our fellow humans. I am sorry this looks like one giant scam

My thoughts on charity were this. Really it should be the governments of the world who sort these problems but because they are so inept I was giving. I have given quite a bit. Finding out it isn't because they are bloody useless and inept it actually a situation they are deliberately causing is well this is a different matter and different game then. Nobody cares more about babies and children going without clean water than me. It is not nice finding out there is nothing I can do to help. Well I do believe my work online has helped make the water device that collects water through humidity in the atmosphere available to the public when they weren't going to make it available has helped.

Nah its Just a small muscle with valves. There is nothing to research. Science can make improvements in Pace makers don't need a charity. Surgeons aren't funded by British heart foundation and if they were they shouldn't be that's what the N.H.S is for funded by us and private hospitals you pay privately. That sounds fancy but I repeat it's a small muscle with valves. Just that. It is made unhealthy through bad diet and smoking. That's it. Don't need hundred of shops saying please give. What for ? If I eat unhealthy how is the B.H.F gonna stop me dying from a heart attack ? Ain't interested in anything fancy let's stick to it's a small muscle with some valves. These shops will exist forever and what is the point of them ?
