Nah internal combustion is still more pollution freindly than pure Electric cars and about level with hybrids.
If your bent outta shape about the enviroment, which you dont need to be, just drive a hybrid, they are so much better than pure EV's.

If you going pure economy, the 3 cylinder eco engines are the way to go, they emit less and are fuel economic.
Toyota is also bringing in new engines where the air coming out is actually cleaner than the air going in.

Yet powered by oil.
So you dont need those pesky coal and oil fired power plants to supply the electricity to charge your EV
