That's rejecting the connection.
The ip address must be on the sites block/banned list.
I've just left my vpn on and its done the same thing.

You have a VPN switched on. You can't log in to this site with a VPN. You need to switch it off.

I don't have a VPN, I tether with my phone which is on Three. But sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't

The sites automated system detected that your device had a VPN switched on at the time.

Now it's asking me if I want to respond to my own message. Well, why not. LOL

When I try to log in using Chrome I get message saying my ip banned but when I use edge I can log in ok
