Bullying Should Be Count As More Serious With Quicker Action Taken

Based off the TOU terms bullying should be taken more serious at a higher level where a number of chatters all start joining in with one against another building a gang one sided that then turns into harassment and bullying out numbered being cowards, Action should be taken a lot quicker and promptly to prevent it getting any further as its escalating with as ganging where they are encouraged by each other to do it even more out of control.
Based on where chatters involved are encouraged more by seeing others doing it so they are narcissists join where to them they count that nasty evil behaviour as pleasurable for themself to enjoy with a sick mind set counting that sort of sick behaviour as normal and responsible grown up behaviour when far from it, The action upon terms and conditions towards that should be a step higher and taken more seriously nipping it in the bud to stop it getting any worse.
These chatters who gang up and bully people have a Narcissistic Personality Disorder and like to try and undermine others in an attempt to gain power or feel superior. They are just Narcissistic with nothing worthy to do but attack others to try and make themselves feel more worthy.

I understand your point – no one really enjoys seeing that kind of content in chat. It's just that many users here aren't exactly in their right mind, which is why these things happen. You can complain about it all you want, but that won't solve anything.

To stop it, all you need to do is change the topic. Bring up something that actually matters to them in the real world. It's really not that hard – most of them are pretty paranoid and probably high most of the time.

It doesn’t take much to push them over the edge, and honestly, I’m not sure how some of them even manage to get out of bed before 2 PM

This raises a few questions mate.
1) If you were in a seat of authority in a place, and this kind of thing happened, what would you do?
2) How would you minimise it without having to ban everyone?
3) How will you advise those who are reactory (like me) to not get so inflamed when the vermin are present?
4) What can you do about it from your current situation?
5) How can you make a chat experience where this doesn't happen? and
6) Is there some part that you can do to prevent it happening to some degree as much as your own reaction goes?

Ganging up should certainly be discouraged, but when several people independently decide to have a go at somebody, it can look like ganging up but technically isn't. But then I suppose it can spark of a sort of pack mentality, which isn't a good thing. But I do think those who are usually on the receiving end of it also have some responsibility to stop deserving it. Let's be honest, some people ask for it.

When Narcissists like Butter cries behind closed doors, Its easy to say stuff behind a screen but she's a weak person obvious in real life, Likes to think she's superior an expert wanting full attention by an audience to try and feel more achievable, but filters from chemists like Boots and Superdrug won't change the way she is underneath even if she looks in the mirror and tries and hide the real them behind filters,. Narcissists might cry to feel wronged instead of taking responsibility for their actions. In this case, crying can deflect blame and present a conflicting narrative of what happened because they want to try and make it sound as if they are self important when they want to feel rewarded and put on the pity act but they feel they need to attack others to try and make themselves feel better .

Doa, that's Fred btw, has been stalking (genuinely stalking) me from site to site for 9 years +.

Including following me to this one.

Which is why he was using Kev45 guest IDs on this site to troll me.

Simply because I exposed what a fraud he is by doing a reverse image check on a four million Brighton town hose he claimed to own.

When I posted the Right move link, of that EXACT house, he swore revenge (lol) and here he is, 9 years later.
