To get you to change your ways, maybe they should try a different approach to your online misdemeanors. Perhaps give you a little control over situations by making your a probationary moderator You might then see where you're going wrong. It's the carrot and stick method. A donkey with a stick behind it and a carrot in front of it will always go forward. Not that I'm calling you a donkey.

This wasn't my fault

There was a user in chat called Harken or something. (One of those silly foreign names)

He'd just come back from Folkstone. I just ask him if he was picking up family or new people to work in his car wash.

I'd like to sound a smidgen of a snortle in jocular recognition.... but i'm unable to in trepidation of being placed in yon dark and stale corner that smells like something that's been left in a broken fridge for last 2 months

Gotta say, I'm surprised at how few people post here and use chat. Back in the 2000s, live chat options and forums were a good source of entertainment and conversation.

Being honest, the only reason I don't use the chat option on this site is because when I've looked in there it's a few people who obviously have been using the chat option for a long time, know each other and ask each other how they are. If there was a conversation on a topic, I'd join in. As said though, live chat was good entertainment and conversation back in the 2000s and I for one think it was much better than any message board/forum type thing. A bit of a golden age of internet crack back then really.

I started using chat rooms in 2000, so I couldn't agree more about those times being the halcyon days of chat. With the advent of Facebook, Twitter etc chat rooms went into decline. I still enjoyed them right up to 2018 when the chat site closed. and like a few others from there, I migrated to this site. But for me, it was never the same. I now prefer the forum where I can just make a comment and leave it at that.

Absolutely right. The chat rooms in the 2000s were good crack, far better than Facebook and Twitter and the like.

The sites reached the stage where there so many porn add's, its hard to post on here.
I did spend a few hours removing threads due to this. You don't need to be a "member" of the site to view this forum and I feel uncomfortable posting anything more than banter,
