Sorry guyz I have a confession, I have gone over to the dark side. Fat free Cottage Cheese (not even the good stuff), and I have been eating it. Even worse, I sometimes even add a couple of crumbed Jacobs cheese crackers so that it has some taste and texture and just a pinch of black pepper.
