I am a football fan and rarely is there trouble at matches i go to seems only happens when home nations play each other

I believe that ,so why ? Also can`t the hoodlums be kicked out and banned so decent fans can watch their teams without having to run the gauntlet outside the grounds ?

One other very important thing ,again only seems to be connected with Football and not other sports . The vile act of shouting Racist abuse at certain players during the game . Don`t tell me that nobody knows who or where they are in the "crowd"?. They need to be totally banned from any sports imo.

I think its where you get your news from, I remember Scots getting beaten so bad that they needed hospital treatment, also did the news media you watched, showed an army of Scots fans helping clearing up the streets in London with the council worker before they get the train back north. Do not tar all supporters with the same brush that is how trouble starts. Also don't believen all you read/see in the media, they love to bring up the troubles between the auld enimies of the 70's..... One more this, you have to make the distintion between football violence and banter, pouring beer on fans is banter, using the bottle as a weapon is violence.

Nobody said that ! I guess you are Scottish ?.
Sorry to say this LevelGround but ,unless it was acted out ,i SAW the Scottish fans outside the stadium before the game .It showed the action on TV ! ffs. Maybe the sick English fans did the same but that wasn`t shown,i don`t know . My comparison is between FOOTBALL fans & fans of all other sports which i know about( even if i don`t follow them). Try answering that question and you might be near to giving Football fans a case .
