It's much broader than that but that's a baseline explanation.......the results of that are now plainly clear to see in the world!
The 5D is a more loving, mindful energy of all and everything....the light illuminating the darkness if you will. Not everyone will or can ascend but those that are, and sadly it's more fewer

It has nothing to do with 5D, or anything even approaching intellectual or spiritual thinking.

It is simply people are more concerned with their own lives than anyone elses.
It called hyper individualism and it is the bane of most free thinking civilizations.

Once a population starts to actually think, they reckon they can do things better.
Education does this.
Then government becomes not a help but a hindrance.

The problem is, people don't understand the bigger picture.

I saw a wonderful interview with an MP on youtube who actually described the problem.
The fact that he used to be a soldier may have swayed me, but bias aside, he does talk sense.
