Fred Dibnah was a twat in his later life. When he got onto TV he changed beyond what he used to be and became obsessed with fame.

Sad story.

I wrote to him in the 1990's. I adored his writing skills.

He sent me a signed letter similar to this..

Fame and TV brought out something in him that should never have been seen.
