Can anyone help me log on to chat. Keeps saying 500. I've tried deleting history/cache etc still can't get on. Thanks

Error 500 is usually only when there is a temporary disconnection with the site server. Are either of you still having any problems logging into the site ?

Can get to connect to chat then takes me bk to page says 500
