Can’t open chat on mobile

What has changed with logging in chat on a smart phone ? I can log in but when I click over 18 and then chat it does nothing.

Theres a box to click. Enlarge the box or turn your phone sideways to make it bigger and click it

I’ve used my phone for chat for years. The box is clicked to say I’m over 18 and it should then go to another screen to room. This is what’s not happening ?
