To Ban or Not to Ban.... is it a farce ?

1. Last Friday A banned chatter was asked if they were using a pseudonym while mods were in the room.
The chatter stated that they were ban evading.
Nothing happened to the chatter.

A ban it seems is not worth the font its written with.

The mod team now know that a chatter came back under another name and they haven't done anything about it.

This means a precedent has been set.

You are assuming mods read every single word said in every chat. I imagine mods are people having a life, taking breaks when nature calls, etc. Did you *report* the "I'm evading a ban"-statement?

I have just discussed this fully and at length with you in PM. The chatter in question lied to you, they are not on any ban and are not ban evading. That is the end of the matter.

I have never been banned (yet) but even if I was, I would not be so damn stupid I made another account, logged in and then asked when my ban was up (lol).
