I, like most other people, tend to get Amazon orders delivered directly to my door. It's so convenient, but good luck smuggling them into your supervised sheltered accommodation, DOA.

SlimFast is one of the biggest con jobs on the market, btw. Their overpriced products only work if you incorporate them into a healthy diet.

Alongside long term lifestyle changes which mean you lose weight without resorting to expensive diet fads, which demonstrably don't work in the long term.

But who the fvck could, or would even want to, eat 150 chocolate bars of exactly the same flavour. But hey, only 99 calories each, right?

As you scoff 3 at a time and when, you will still feel hungry afterwards anyway, simply because there is barely no protein or fibre content in those bars (that satisfies hunger and makes you feel fuller for longer).

Then immediately scoff another 3 because 3 wasn't enough.

Heavily processed, addictive shite and when a basic cold pressed protein bar with no artificial sweeteners would do a better job and be a lot healthier.

If I compare one to a Cadbury dairy milk little bar ( 18g), there 96 kcal and a bit too small for me.

Amazon orders have a nasty habit of arriving until 10pm and who needs that? If you click on the option for "pick up" the delivery charge is cut in half or sometimes free, saving a few pounds. I wont pay for prime.

I feel people are over paying for food right now. They don't shop around and just walk in a supermarket. Its the small things we all buy that cost the most.

There a choice, hang around the house during the summer sweating my balls off sat on the sofa or go out and enjoy the weather.

Last week I was up in London and saw the Thames from the train. The thought of all those people who paddle up the river for the last 3,000 years from coast took my breath away. We all forget sometimes rivers we're the "motorway network" for thousands of years.

Who knows during the summer I may paddle it too

You have just bought 150 'chocolate bars' that SlimFast are palming off unto unsuspecting consumers on Amazon simply because either they couldn't shift them via their usual stockists, and or they are close to or past their sell by date (not use by date).

Heavily processed junk food, nutritionally dead, that lures consumers in by advertising it is a 'chocolate bar', that is only 99 calories, and therefore it is just a cheeky treat that won't harm a dieters' waistline.

It obviously lured you in, you posted the ingredients of an actual chocolate bar, to show the comparison.

But completely useless to anyone who needs to healthily fuel their body, prior to or immediately after exercise, or with an active lifestyle.

Even if I only snacked on them 3 or 4 times a day, it still adds calories to an already restricted diet if I consume the recommended 2,000 calories and which means I would have to cut 300 or 400 calories from nutritionally healthy food instead.

Now none of this would matter a jot, and it doesn't, but unfortunately you keep warbling on about diets and an active sporting lifestyle on the ocean waves.

SlimFast Multipack Snack Bar - Double Chocolate 6 Bars costs £3.60 in tescos and each bar is 99 kcal. 26g per bar (pack size 150g)

The slimfast costs more to buy.

But......if you buy them on a deal for £11.67 for 30 that price becomes cheaper. The price of each bar drops from 60p per bar down to 38p (£2.28 per pack of 6. Its now cheaper than the Cadbury dairy milk chocolate bar.

You get the more expensive brand CHEAPER !!!

At the end of the day your still buying chocolate !!!



Nakd Fruit & Nut Bar Variety Pack (18 bars) was part of the same delivery for £12.35 ( 68p per bar) These cost £3 for 4 in tescos. (75p each) The saving was 7p on each one.

And since it was pick up, amazon didn't charge me delivery.

No wonder your mum wont let you run the shop on your own. I really do feel sorry for her
