Chat keeps returning to home page

When trying to log on to chat, it loads the sign in screen, starts to load chat, then returns to the home page.
Tried logging in as a guest, got the trespassing message.

I've cleared cookies etc...

Any ideas?

Try clicking the drop down menu (3 lines top left) n select about. Top of that page it says chat. Try joining a room through that

That's what I do.
I've got as far as when it displays all those little be patient messages... "mobilising pandas" or whatever but it just seems to redirect to home page.

Yes the powers that be have the bright idea to mass ban IP addresses by their providers, so if this week you happen to be provided the net by the same company as someone who has used a VPN too many times then your unluckily on the sh** list.
so rather than actually moderate & ban individuals they use blanket bans.

No you just have to wait for the ISP to reset the IP their end.
you can try flushing your DNS & reset your routers IP it's easy to do in CMD
