Can't log in due to 'Captcha error'

I'm forced to log in as a guest as when I try to log into account I get an error stating 'Cannot verify Captcha'. This is troublesome as I have to suffer the trolls I have blocked previously. When will this be fixed as it's been going on for almost a month now? Cheers.

I had this once. I did the usual tech supports actions of

1. clearing browser cache
2. delete cookies
3. rebooting

For me, this cleared the error and I got logged in on next attempt.
