TOMMY Robinson is in the sh** again after losing a libel case against a bullied Syrian teenager. Class. With his extensive knowledge of English law, here he answers your legal questions.

Dear Tommy, my neighbour’s leylandii are blocking the light to our new conservatory. What legal recourse do I have? Yours, Hugh
Kick the fvcker’s head in. The law can’t touch you for that. If he’s one of ‘them’ or a leftie, me and a couple of the lads, can pop round and intimidate him while pretending to be ‘journalists’.

Dear Tommy, I have badly libelled someone with strong racist overtones. What should I do? Susan
Susan, I’m assuming you have a legion of gullible followers who will send you money. Just start a crowdfunding whip round and you might even make a profit.

Dear Tommy, I wish to change my name. Do I need to see a solicitor? Yours, Iain Horseanus
I speak from experience here, Iain, and no, it costs just £42.44. I’d go for something working class-sounding, like ‘Robinson’ or ‘Tommy’. Basically anything that will prevent you being called a poof by your football hooligan mates.

Dear Tommy, I kicked a police officer in the head during a ‘domestic’, started a mass brawl, and put in fraudulent mortgage applications. What should I do? Graham
Sorry Gra, that’s completely outside my sphere of expertise.

Dear Tommy, I bought a strimmer from a friend for £20. It broke after its first use and now he refuses to give me my money back. Should I go to the small claims court, or should I write it off for the sake of our friendship? Paul
Paul, you need a strimmer because otherwise the ‘weeds’ will take over ‘the garden’. I think you know what I’m saying here.

Dear Tommy, after a variety of convictions the courts have lost patience with me and I’m headed for clinky. Do you have any advice? Davo
As a top legal advisor, almost a barrister, I’d suggest: go for the veggie food option in prison – you get bigger portions and the meat sausages will make you want to barf. Also watch your back in the showers and sleep with a sharpened toothbrush under your pillow.

I was watching a news item last night about Tommy Robinson, who's real name they stated is Stephen Yaxley-Lennon. I've noticed most of the media do that... They often say Tommy Robinson, real name Stephen Yaxley-Lennon. Why do they do that? If they're talking about Elton John they don't say Elton John who's real name is Reg Dwight.. Michael Cain real name Maurice Micklewhite etc. Why do it with this Robinson chap?

They're probably discriminating against him because of his lack of skill when it comes to singing, playing the piano, songwriting and acting. It's worth remembering that nobody even had an opinion on Sir Oswald Mosley's poor skill set as a tap dancer until he changed his name to Billy Simpson.

It's of some note that a 2009 story in the Guardian about Nick Griffin changing his name to Martin Smith when he was the leader of the BNP was later proved to be erroneous, as was their unwarranted critique of his limited ability as a cello player.

Nick Griffin eventually won substantial damages from the Guardian in 2011, after proving he is an accomplished cellist who has toured the world several times with major symphony orchestras under the alias of Martin Smith.

However, it is now common practice to refer to the 'historian' David Irving as 'Huxley Crispe-Fanshawe' during interviews, while openly mocking his complete and utter inability to produce pencil sketches of anything but matchstick men and two-dimensional houses with disproportionately large doors and windows.

Of course, the other appalling double standard here is the failure of the British media to report on the long and extensive associations that both Elton John and Michael Caine have with extreme politics.

We all remember the horrible 2017 incident at Canterbury Crown court during which Sir Elton John (under the alias Reg Dwight) nearly collapsed the trial of four Muslim men accused of gang rape, when he live streamed himself calling them "Muslim child rapists" from the Crown Court building while the jury were deliberating.

And nobody can forget what happened in 2018 when Sir Michael Caine live streamed himself (under his real name of Maurice Micklewhite) from outside Leeds Crown Court, consequently almost collapsing the Huddersfield sex abuse ring trial of twenty Muslim men accused of running a grooming gang.

Why do so many British media institutions and influencers insist on portraying Sir Elton John as noble when he does things like this? Why does the mainstream media ignore the lifelong associations of men like Sir Elton John and Sir Michael Caine with firms of football hooligans?

Why does the British public choose to ignore the political extremism of these men purely because they make great music and movies? Why do they never print articles reminding us that both Sir Elton John and Sir Michael Caine are former leaders of the English Defence League?

Why do they never mention that both of these celebrities have been convicted of assaulting a police officer who was trying to prevent them from assaulting a woman? It's like there's one rule for Tommy Robinson and another rule entirely for Sir Elton John and Sir Michael Caine.

I can't comment on the above two posts, they're way above my pay grade. :confused:There's one double standard I can point out... I give you Ricky Tomlinson, he of 'The Royal Family'. A stalwart of Labour and now regarded as a nation treasure. But what never gets mentioned?... he used to be in The National Front. It's a funny old world. :)

Two words.
National Enquiry.
Then we can see if he is right, whatever his name is.

Have you actually watched any of his videos, when he spoke up for the Sikh community, guess not.
I dont like the guy, but some of what he says has merit.

The Tories had 14 years in power to hold a "full" inquiry, whatever that means, and even though they commissioned a "full" inquiry while still in power.

Yet another "full" inquiry, which wouldn't actually be a "full" inquiry anyway because this time round it would target only one ethnic group in our society.

That sort of "full" inquiry, right, not paedophilia and grooming gangs in general, right?

The final report of the independent seven-year inquiry by Professor Alexis Jay was published in October 2022, and which cost £188 million, covered child grooming gangs in Rochdale, made 20 recommendations and the Tories watered down or didn't implement a single one of them.

Critics say because it would have cost upwards of £5bn in compensation and the cost of other recommendations such as automatic
access to mental health services etc for victims.

So let's keep having more inquires, now Labour are in power rather than the Tories, until we get the answers the likes of the Tories in opposition, Farage and Tommy 'in prison again' Robinson demand.

Current data indicates that white grooming gangs commit the vast majority of sexual offences against children, and personally I find it all really rather creepy that the supporters of another "full inquiry" only want to investigate one section of society instead.

Yet again, you simply spout the usual bullshit.
Do you actually have anything to say apart from TORY BAD.
Seems to me that the Labour party you love is basically a sh** show now.
Tax corporations, nah they know they can't otherwise the get massive investment loss and unemployment, small business gets fecked, the new labour and unemployment laws, fecking over the "Little people".
Fecking middle class socialists acting like they care.
Labour lost the working class, they gained the "I dont want tax raises cause I pay more than the plebs"

Kev I like you, I really do, you energise conversations, you ask us to think.
Tis just a shame you have little to offer in either :-
1: valid arguments.
2: how to fix the world.

Bitching about everything is easy, try being original :)

I didn't, and I won't vote Labour under this current regime.

The forum grown-ups fully understand I loathe Starmer, simply because I have said so on numerous occasions on this site.

So in fact it is you talking out your drunken arse (as usual), Moriarty.

You are pig ignorant, you had no idea an independent "full inquiry", which took seven years and cost £188 million, has already taken place.

Ignorant that the Tories did not implement a single recommendation from an independent inquiry they commissioned.

This will be the only time I respond to your abusive gaslighting, on yet another ID, and I will not be participating in the future. :)
