I was 1/2 awake and watching the lobby at 6am... mite have been 7am... who knows for sure?

I was 1/2 awake .....o_O

They were going on again about losing weight and how they don't have time to go to the gym................:rolleyes:

You don't go to the gym to lose weight, its a modem day myth. Let me tell you why !!

People with anorexia never go to the gym.
All those people you see on tv staving to death never go to the gym.
People on hunger strike in jail never go to the gym.

You go to the gym to build up and increase your endurance, its why body builders go. Its not a place to lose weight.

To lose weight you need to be on a 1,500 calorie diet per day. So what is 1,500 calories?

Unless your willing to feel hungry all day, you will never lose weight. Unless you cut out all the junk food, you wont lose weight. All the weight loss injections in the world wont help also.

If you do want to lose weight, give up the tea and coffee, change your shopping habits and eat less ;)
