My wife was promised a phone call consultation by our GPs this morning, between 0900 and 1000 hrs, It is now 11.36 and we are still waiting.
This is bad but there is worse...when I was seeing the practice nurse recently she needed to consult with a doctor, so she rang him and passed the phone to me, for a phone consultation. He was upstairs and couldn't be bothered to come down to see me?
