Large wholegrain rolled oats soaked overnight with whatever milk you prefer, I use Arla semi which tastes like full fat, and I also add a sprinkle of Truvia sweetener.
Add blueberries as a topping or whatever you prefer before you eat it the next morning, but don't add them the night before because they turn your porridge a violety blue, which doesn't look as appetising.
Whoaa way to go who ever had this bright idea of upsetting the natural balance of nature & the food chain, I hope they do this every week for the rest of time.
