If you're going to imply the moderators are not enforcing the site rules, then please state exactly where you mean - do you mean here on the Forum or in the chat rooms - and also state clearly which Forum thread if here or provide screen shot evidence to an Admin, if you are talking about in chat. Thanks.

I will in future I have never complained on any chat site before so did not know how to go about it
