I've put on a bit too much weight over the winter.............

So I pop on amazon get a tin of slimfast for £20. (It's the 50 meal tub and good for 25 days)

https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B07NW1JCK3/ref=ox_sc_act_title_1?smid=A3P5ROKL5A1OLE&th=1

I'm down about 3kg since the start of March..... but I have been having salad and eating more fruit. Swimming once a week and using the rowing machine every other day.

Its hard to tell if its slimfast or giving up my junk food. I have been cheating with the slimfast choccy bars but there 6 for £3.60 in tescos

Lets be honest, I did pick up a bowel infection but that mite have been from a take-a-way salad in KFC. I have spend the last few hours before bed dreaming of cake. Most of the time I've been hungry but not to the point where I wanted to cook. I did feel a lack of energy and tried more.

I should be back at my sailing/kayak weight by May of 90kg, who knows......... if I keep this up I mite get under it

I weight in over the weekend. I'm down from 101kg to 94kg. 7kg over the month.

But Id like to point out:

I've been doing 30 mins on the rowing machine 6 days a week.
Swimming twice a week.
Calorie counting.

No bread, pasta, chocolate, potatoes or rice.
No sauger.
No alcoholic drinks

Just fruit, meat and salad.

I found something out over the week, the more meat I eat the less hungry I feel.
My weights teasing me at round 90.5kg right now. By May I should be under 85kg again and I can stop

Over the winter months, I'm stuck inside the car and office more and more. Its too easy when you get home to just click on a food delivery app.

When your body mass index goes over 30, its time to take action and cut back.

I don't wont to be one of those older men who spend there life in a gym and look it. And I don't want to be one of those pot belly men you see too. There is a balance with food and body shape I'd agree. Its more about changing eating habits built up since childhood.

To make those changes you need to kick start the weight loss process. Prove to yourself and others you can lose weight and keep it off.

I watch a video online about some poor soul who was at Cristiano Ronaldo home for lunch, all he got was a light lunch and a work out.

I don't want to be like that. I love my food.

At some point I will invest in a smoothie maker and start buying the packs from supermarket's, but I'm not there yet.

My aim right now is for my man parts to stand out more than my belly in a wetsuit. While I'll never had a flat stomach or a 6 pack again, I can get it down to the point were look a bit fat and not like I'm past it.
