Dashcam footage shows a Portland man smashing past blockades and nearly hitting several people including small children along the Rose Festival’s Grand Floral parade route in June.

Prosecutors submitted the dramatic video, taken from Sidney Mecham’s own dash cams, as evidence during an August preventative detention hearing. It shows three different angles of what happened that day.
