Rain and towels?

Its raining cats and dogs here........ people are still walking down the beach with towels over their shoulders

Don't they know how towels work

With the cost of living these days, maybe it's a good way to get that excess washing done. Do they run back up the beach sporting the towels like capes to get them dry again?
