Yes, the media is filled with Voting, How would things be if the Procedure was changed slightly, by that I mean if all Voting forms contained a box for Abstain with the proviso, that the final result would be that all Abstain papers would be counted and added to the winners result, That might remove all ambiguity and possible arguments about the level of win or the winning margin

Is it Nevada? on the voting form you can tick 'none of the above'... should have that here. None of the above would win by a landslide.
