Priti Patel’s parents could face deportation unless they buy her better birthday presents next year
The Home Secretary says that her parents settled status in the U.K. is under threat, even though they’ve lived in England since the 1960s, unless they buck their ideas up when it comes to birthday presents.
“They didn’t get me a single thing I actually wanted for my birthday. I asked for money and a PlayStation 5. Instead, they got me book tokens and an Xbox Series S.
“Fucking book tokens? They know full well that I don’t read. Only nerds and so-called ‘experts’ read. And an Xbox? I’m PlayStation until I die. They said they couldn’t find anywhere that had PS5’s in stock. Like that’s my problem?
“I have their immigration details to hand and I have a rubber stamp that could send their asses back to India in a flash,” Patel ranted to a member of her staff before kicking them in the shins.
The pressure is now on for Patel’s mother and father, who have until March to work out what their daughter wants; otherwise, they’ll be forced to live in a country riddled with COVID and run by a corrupt government.
