I lost my potato peeler this week. The last time I saw it .... I was undoing a screw on the bike.
God only knows where its gone.
So I've had to buy a new one after 15 years.
If you don't live on your own, you can go electric
These sell for under £50 online and work really well. They don't get the eyes out, so they still need the once over.
40 odd years ago people all had these, they sell for about £5 Nasty things to use and always seem blunt.
If you have trouble with your hands these are a good idea and work well. Nice wide grip.
I do like the swivel peelers and had one before. They peel really well.
In the end I just brought the microplane professional peeler.
Looked like the best one for getting broken screws out
