Well I won't beat about the bush, after being ill for almost a week, I tested positve for Covid today. It is the first time that I have ever tested positive. Not once in the many months I worked at a nursing home, did I ever test positive.
I'm not looking for any sympathy, I'm trying to take my mind off things.

I have to say, that it's been a real b**** of a year so far!

I had both jabs and a booster (i'm easy led :() Then I saw the light. :) And I never once tested positive during the whole Covid pandemic. About a month ago I had a high temperature and my legs felt like jelly. Just out of curiosity I took a Covid test, and it came out positive! It took about 10 days before I tested negative. I was just left wondering... did I go through all the stress and anguish of that whole Covid debacle just to avoid a high temperature and feeling fragile?

Why are you still testing? You know the tests are inaccurate.
We still had a few test kits at home, we used them out of curiosity. On Saturday I used another test kit, which also gave a positive result.
Thankfully I am almost recovered now.
