My entire phone networks banned

My pal Elwood has assured me that i'm allowed back...

Unfortunately - during my shenanigans - i manage to get E.E. blocked entirely... i think... either way i still cant log on

Could someone please fix this

I had that with 02, I can only gain access through my wifi which is rather fustrating

O2 mobile data is banned for now, you have to use wi-fi instead.
