All over the UK there are legends/folklore stories you hear about things that either go bump in the night or mythical creatures or are they?

Maybe these tales have been proven or maybe not

I was recently told that Nessie was a scam LOL she has been about for a long time and many documentaries done about her but none have proven yet whether real or not. Any in your are is what I am looking for ones that cause controversy all the better

Science has not always been able to prove things but does that mean it doesn't exist what are your thoughts ?

I don’t believe in Nessie at all. I lived near there for years lol The only reason Nessie can’t be disproven, is how freakishly deep Loch Ness is. You could hide anything down there.

The most freakishly supernatural experiences I’ve ever had, is sleep paralysis.
Has anybody experienced this?
My family several generations back, my mothers family, moved to new land. The land was previously occupied by a traveler community. Apparently the traveler community cursed the land for all future occupants. Everyone in my mother’s family has experienced sleep paralysis. My grandmother always said, it was the traveler curse. This may be nonsense. But we all get it lol

It appears that scotland is the only place to have such a phenomenon weird I thought there where many throughout the uk the Weslsh Dragon the banshee's in Ireland and the witches in various parts of England but nobody wants to own to it LOL
