i dont know about uk weather . . . . . here in the us we go by °f and the higher the number the hottest it is . . . . . 90 is hot . . . . . here we have gotten in the 100s

78f today...set to get over 82f tomorrow...hotter in the south.

The temp was a lovely 22c on the coast...we just got home (Manchester) and the temp here is still 30c, hotter than predicted.
It is truly a scorcher.

I'm in the US too and I feel you on this. I live in Saint Louis and Saint Louis summers are something. I was sweating before, during, and after a shower.

I post elsewhere with a Texan, the temps there are horrendous at the minute.
We are predicted to maybe beat the all time record for high temps next Monday or Tuesday....I will keep this thread updated.

im in somewhere in the south and some days we had temperatures in the 100s i think last week or the week before . . . . . in my area they have found 2 people in their house that died from the heat . . . . . this week its been cooler because its been cloudy and rainy but weeks before this week its been very hot

Thats so sad, people dying alone with heat stroke.

Our climate is not so extreme, but we do have amber weather warnings in the NW of the country for early next week, when temps are set to be in the high 90's.
In the south, they could be hitting 110f. the highest temp so far ever recorded in the UK is 101f.

Right now, it's cool because of the clouds and rain here also but that will not last long. It's gonna be hot all the up until November.
