How many people actually go to the Scotland room and talk/chat there?

Why is it the Lobby seems to be the focal point?

Its weird isn't it. Maybe its the best bet of a place to get some kind of attention or action.

I went in to the Scotland room tonight and although there was people in there no one is chatting I reckon they were all in PM

I think we need to recruit LOL any Scottish people you speak to arrange to meet them in there
