how long before you can add your profile picture ?

hi just joined and found another thread about adding image but it didnt say how long you had to wait is it time or posts that earn you the right to be seen ? thanks x

You have to post on forums frequently to be granted the privilege of having a face. I literally managed to get a profile photo the next day of posting this response.
