help please

Hi i'm having problems loading up chat rooms. Sometimes I get just a white blank screen and other times right at the bottom it says "establishing secure connection" and then after a few moments it goes light grey and a message says "ukchat.stelivo.netunexpectedly closed the connection.!" Any ideas? I'm on a works pc if it helps any. Sorry if this is in wrong place!

Clear cache and cookies, try again, take a screenshot of any messages you get...

this is a works pc so it has restrictions galore I can't access any internet options files
