Given that most women use Facial makeup much of the time , if you were only allowed to use one type what would it be
Please be specific for the study to be reliable :)

Most women don't use 'facial makeup' anyway.
Eye makeup and lipstick maybe.
Facial makeup, as in foundation, powder, other junk smeared all over the face, personally, I hate it.

Given a man started the thread about makeup, it would be interesting to hear the male opinion on women and makeup.
From my own experiences, I have found that men prefer the au naturelle look... which usually doesn't mean a bare face, just makeup that's been skilfully applied.
I wear lippy and eye makeup, always have and probably always will.

I've never worn foundation. My skin never suffered from spots or acne, I had lovely skin when I was younger. I just wear eye make now. I have to say I can't stand the current trend for thick foundation, false lashes, fake hair, thick fake eyebrows, phosphorescent teeth and lips like a baboon's arse. If I was a man I'd prefer a woman to look as natural as possible. Make up should enhance not become a mask.

My personal thoughts on this are that looking at some of the TV celebs(female ) if they show without makeup they look nothing special .I don`t agree that men prefer a woman who doesn`t wear any facial makeup .Unless you have a perfect face ,tones etc ,then you need makeup to catch the Eyes of the male ;).

I have had this discussion somewhere before.
In my opinion, or in my experience, women don't necessarily wear makeup to attract men.
First and foremost, they do it to feel good about themselves...that's certainly the reason I wear it.
Often younger women will wear makeup to fit in with the women around them, if the fashion is to have heavy eye makeup and pale lips, that's the look they will go for.
To impress or attract men may come a lowly third....or maybe not even register at all.

hahaaa...this thread isn`t to ask female members "why" they wear or not facial makeup .It`s to ask what bit of "facial" makeup they would choose if they could only use one :).
