The picture of him sarcastically smirking as he attended court sums up what he thought about these proceedings. A track record for previously stalking women and IMO the prison sentence was a slap on the wrist and he will only serve half of it.

"Mold Crown Court heard how in one message to Louise Minchin, he wrote: “Move or you’re f****d”, while in another he said: “your daughter will definitely be raped”, followed by their home address, the village they lived in, and the cars that were in their driveway at the time.

Commenting on one of Louise’s photos, he said: “You can see your garden from there”, showing he was aware of where they lived, the court heard."

I don't even believe in any prison sentences for a non-violent crime, however, despite no actual physical violence it was savage violence of a psychological nature and a longer prison sentence would have demonstrated women in particular no longer have to suffer this kind of abuse online.

The reason why I commented though is that I think Covid denial, false information about Covid, persuading vulnerable people online not to take the vaccine, should be included in the same legislation.

The sentence is lenient considering the horrible threats, and the way he stalked both her and her daughter online.
Hopefully, it will send a message out to all the other weirdos who harass others online in such a cowardly way.
People can be traced....not often enough, but it can and does happen.
