The internet tells me 10 mins on a fitness trampoline is better than a 30 min run

Fitness trampoline workouts offer numerous benefits, including improved cardiovascular health, increased strength and balance, and reduced stress. However, they also carry some risks, such as the potential for injuries from falls or improper use.

Benefits:
  • Cardiovascular Health:
Trampoline workouts are an effective way to elevate heart rate and improve cardiovascular fitness.

  • Strength and Balance:
The bouncing motion engages various muscle groups, strengthening the core, legs, and other muscles, while also improving balance and coordination.

  • Stress Relief:
The rhythmic motion and endorphin release during exercise can help reduce stress and anxiety.

  • Lymphatic System Stimulation:
Rebounding can help stimulate the lymphatic system, potentially improving the body's ability to flush out toxins and waste.
  • Bone Density:
Trampoline workouts can contribute to increased bone density and strength, potentially reducing the risk of osteoporosis.

A good friend swears by them but I'm not so sure. What if I get nipple burn and my boobs cant get anymore slaggy.
Who knows I mite get black eyes too:eek:

I think for £40 I'll risk it. The only thing I run after is men ;)
