If they have been contacting you on here then they must have a screen name. A public post making enquiries about who they are isn't really appropriate and we can not give out any chatter information. What exactly has been happening and are they breaking any of the site rules. Also, if that pic is not their profile pic or been already posted in chat, then what you have posted is classed as doxing.
