A friend, well not really a friend but someone I know from beach told me about creatine supplements.
Creatine is a compound the body naturally makes in the liver, kidneys and pancreas. We can also get it from animal proteins like red meat, fish and chicken. It acts as a quick fuel source for muscles, helping regenerate adenosine triphosphate, or ATP – a molecule cells use for energy.

)

Yes I know its for design and used by athletes but I can still use it. After all I do walk from the sofa to the toilet a lot and lets not forget I have to answer the door for just eat too.
