Who is knowledgeable on our Common Law rights? What are they? How do they apply to everyday situations? Do we have to pay council tax, if we don't can the council take us to court and jail us?

Basically, yes.

Common Law is not written down as such but in the books that Judges keep of previous cases, what were the decided upon rules. IMO its evolved from ye olde Church Law and the Ten Commandements. Also Common Understandings of right and wrong.

Think taxes are the rules of bigger. Tax is criminal IMO that Government takes its taxes, you need to remember that Judges are Gov employees. Don't think there IS any way of escaping tax on this Island, HMRC takes what it wants....off your driveway if neccessary.

"Hundreds jailed for unpaid council tax |" even though it is a Civil Offence and not a Criminal Offence . The Council can apply for some special Ruling to treat it as a Criminal Offence and a possible term of imprisonment.
