Can't Change Avatar Pic?

Looked everywhere and there doesn't appear to be an option to change our Avatar pics? Can anyone help with this please. Cheers!

Click on pick got to.options upload file I.think

Click your avatar at the top of page and hit edit on the drop down box

Thanks Did try that, and went through all the settings but no option to add or change the pic? Went back into the registration page and there it was. All sorted now
