When I click chat it just returns me to home page?

It is a BT/EE issue. You need to speak to them.

my laptop,,firefox also tried edge,,and smarty or 3....can u tell i've tried lol...oh and tried my android phone

BT/EE has a content lock can block access to adult content. Open the EE app, navigate to "Manage" then "Broadband", and then "Parental Controls" to manage Content Lock settings which should bypass this (if it's this).

Chat STILL Not working as it should
Still not seeing Any chat in any rooms
How come I can see room notifications
And I'm able to pm..
I can't whisper..can't see if any 1replies
What settings should I have??
I have TRIED everything
Even the resetting of things
STILL NOT seeing any chat..
All this happened while I was away
Not in UK....

i get to main page and cannot access any of the chatrooms now, this has been almost a week, then it refreshed and said opps and was logged in as austinmartin, i kept refreshing page n then my own account came up but still cannot access any chatrooms at all keep going to then takes me back to main page . lost count how many times i try now

Getting notifications of people joining n leaving.Not seeing Any chat
Can only pm..
Can't whisper...
I Also can get rid of any on friends list either... It not happening..
What is going on
I HAVE NOT CHANGED ANYTHING
AND
THESE PROBLEMS happened while I was away NOT IN UK!!!
