I can't log in to chat, I get a message "Your account or client is banned: This provider is blocked due to continued abuse from its users. (9365853e)"

I'm using talktalk for laptop and three for phone. Same message either way

Admin have just told me that TalkTalk WiFi isn't banned, only mobile. But I still can't log in using WiFi. My patience is wearing thin
