Best workplace union to join?

Anyone know the best workplace union to join?
Not in a trade- just started a new job as an office administrator for a big company.

Dont bother.
Union leaders always b**** and moan how badly their workers are being treated, while they are out to lunch with execs and government lobbies.
If the Unions did thier job right, why would their members need to b**** and moan.
Unions are just a grift.
