Appendicitis mix up with norovirus

My appendix had to be removed last month. To be fair I just thought it was norovirus

Its easy to mix the two up

Appendicitis symptoms

• Pain in the lower right abdomen that worsens over time
• Pain that worsens when you move, cough, or press on the area
• Nausea and vomiting
• Fever
• Decreased appetite
  
  
• • Abdominal swelling
  • Bloating
  • Constipation
  • Difficulty passing gas
  
  Norovirus symptoms

• Fever, headache, and body aches
• Dehydration
• Abdominal pain and aching limbs
• Chills
• Muscle aches
• Watery or loose diarrhea
  
  
• • Dizziness when standing
  • Dry mouth
  • Unusual sleepiness or fussiness
