Well, if you understand the economics of it, we have being underpaying our best and brightest who were working in London.
So they are leaving in droves.
Hence we have a talent gap.

Immigration is fine if there are jobs.
We are losing all our educated and profitable people to overseas companies who pay much better.
Hence the one major income this country has is becoming desperate because they dont have qaulified people to work there.
