Direct message

People send me direct messages (I mean in the Forum section, not in chat) and I can then answer them. But I can’t seem to find a way how I can send a direct message myself (l mean like I start the conversation).

Can someone explain to me how I can do this?

Click on the name of the person you want to send the message to and you will see boxes saying 'Follow', 'Ignore', and 'Send direct message'. Click on the third one. Or if you view the person's full profile, you will get the same options. Hope that helps.

When for example I click your name I only see ‘follow’ and ‘ignore’. Also when I try to view someone’s profile I get:

In all seriousness, Carrie is probably quite right - you may have to wait a lil while before being able to message people. Shouldn't take too long
