You're right and they know it, but they'll never admit it, no real answers are ever provided, just a sarcastic line or two, they are incapable of providing actual answers.

So how are we supposed to know that? Not only that someone has been banned in the first place as, like you, we all have lives too you know and aren't here 24/7, we also have to know their new name and report it immediately? Get a grip.
Even if someone was banned and had a new name, is it our responsibility to know that? People change their names all the time, I know I do.
