Spiders! because are just plain creepy and freaky! Between the eight legs and the way they scurry out of nowhere, they’re easily the scariest little things around. They look at you from the shadows and you just know they’re watching you. It’s that combination of having way too many legs and that twitchy, blink-and-you-miss-it movement that just sets off every alarm bell in your brain. When they suddenly vanish and you don't know where they've gone, it drives you mad because you just can't cope with them being there. They’ve got no business being in the house, they all need to die, so into Room 101 they go—good riddance!
Say hello to my little friend her name is Charlotte.

I'll probably get a few thumbs down for this, but dogs - agressive dogs that is. Not long ago, I was sitting in a park minding my own business, when a large dog sideled up to me and growled at me. The owner was slightly in the distance. I moved away from the dog, but it followed me and growled again. The owner came over, but did nothing. I told him that his dog growled at me, but he said it was ok and walked off!

How can it possibly be ok?

That was hardly an aggressive dog tbf, maybe the dog was having an off day or it just didn't like you, who knows ?! If my dogs growl or seem off with someone, I tend to trust their judgement, sorry.

How do you know it wasn't being aggressive are you fking Barbara Woodhouse!!! Any dog has the potential to attack. All dogs should be on leads in public parks. I've seen swans attacked because stupid dog owners letting dogs of their lead to jump in lakes and scare swans who have signets. One idiot dog owner thought it was funny to let his vicious dog off its lead to savage a squirrel to death while my grandaughter was feeding it. Maybe train the dog owners or stick them in room 101!!

I totally agree with penny. Even if a dog seems friendly, off-lead dogs can be unpredictable and dangerous.

Keep your hair on!!! The dog never attacked her did it! As for offlead dogs, I totally agree with you. I have always had big dogs, rottweillers, and the amount of hassle I've had with dogs offlead and their owners is a nightmare. My dogs are well trained and well behaved and always on a lead in a public place because of their bad rep. So when a dog running loose thinks it can come and annoy my dog on a lead and then my dog snarls and tells it to get lost......of course it's my fault isn't it!!
Just because you are saying ' my dogs friendly' doesn't give it the right to approach dogs on leads. Train the owners more so, not the dogs, and then we may have a more harmonious experience.
I hope a law is passed that all dogs must be on leads in public places.

Just because the dog didn't attack me on this occasion, dosen't mean to say it wouldn't attack me or anyone else, on another occasion. I think the dog could sense that I was afraid of it.
